Top management at Osmond Lange recognises that the disciplines of quality, environmental, health and safety management are all an integral part of the management function. The organisation views these as a primary responsibility and the key to good business practice.


As such, Osmond Lange has established a Quality Policy meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The policy has been implemented to support the strategic direction of the organisation, to provide a framework for setting quality objectives and to satisfy applicable requirements.


Osmond Lange places emphasis on obtaining stakeholder satisfaction by setting Quality Objectives, supported by goals and indicators, that are continuously monitored to ensure they are achieved.


These quality objectives are:


  1. Delivering value and quality service to stakeholders;

  2. Building a sustainable project pipeline for the business;

  3. Maintaining financial and operating stability and sustainability;

  4. Maintaining a culture of fairness and a positive working environment;

  5. Understanding and complying with all applicable legislation and regulations;

  6. Providing a safe and secure working environment for all team members and clients;

  7. Maintaining a comprehensive Quality Management System in line with the requirements of ISO9001:2015.


Osmond Lange’s ability to meet these objectives is measured through the Internal Audit Process that evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System. Processes for continual improvement are identified, as well as for the detection and prevention of non-conformances. Client satisfaction is monitored and used as a basis for continual improvement.


The policy is available to the relevant stakeholders and interested parties as required, and has been communicated to all team members in the organisation. It is reviewed by top management as required, and is maintained internally as documented information.
